Problem:

When YWS came to us, they were already running a yoga studio for ten years but they wanted to attract more students and reach out to an audience interested in yoga through the digital medium. An integrated online marketing campaign was the need of the hour.

Solution:

Our team started off by building a website for them from scratch. We formulated a branding and content marketing strategy by designing their logo, setting up a running blog, crafting email newsletters and comprehensive, research-backed ebooks. YWS now has a YouTube channel we created, for an audience interested in taking yoga classes online.

To get targeted traffic from both YouTube and Google, we optimized the channel for video keywords. We established a strong social media presence for them on Twitter and Instagram. We also created and optimized local business listing for YWS such that it ranks high on queries in their business domain.

Highlights:

  • – As a result of our optimization efforts, the YWS videos ranked #1 on target keywords like “surya namaskar variations”, “sun salutation variations” and top page ranking for “surya namaskar” on YouTube.
  • – Within a few weeks of our setting up the Instagram account for YWS, it received tremendous engagement on its posts and has reached its first milestones of 1000 followers in the first month.
